Service Terms

Eviction Delay Solutions, LLC is a legal coordination and document preparation service and is not a law firm. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice, legal representation, court advocacy, or legal strategy. No attorney-client relationship is created by the use of our services.

All services are limited to administrative support and document preparation based solely on information provided by the client.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for:

• Providing complete and accurate information 
• Reviewing all prepared documents before signing or filing 
• Filing all documents with the appropriate court 
• Confirming court deadlines and clerk filing hours 
• Complying with all court rules, procedures, and requirements. 

 Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, Eviction Delay Solutions, LLC does not file documents on behalf of clients. Failure to meet court deadlines or comply with court procedures remains the sole responsibility of the client.

Document preparation services are deemed completed upon preparation and delivery of documents via electronic signature platform and/or email transmission to the client.

Delivery is considered complete once documents are sent to the email address provided by the client or made available through the designated electronic signature system.

It is the client’s responsibility to monitor their email, including spam or junk folders, to ensure receipt of documents.

All payments are for document preparation services only. Services are considered completed once documents have been prepared and delivered as described above. All fees are non-refundable once document preparation has been completed and documents have been delivered.

No refunds will be issued based on:

• Case outcome 
• Court denial or rejection 
• Missed deadlines 
• Change of mind 
• Settlement with landlord 
• Dismissal of appeal 
• Failure to file 
• Judicial determination regarding ability to pay

Eviction Delay Solutions, LLC does not guarantee any legal outcome, court ruling, approval of appeal, waiver of court costs, or delay of eviction. All court determinations are made solely by the presiding judge.

Client agrees that Eviction Delay Solutions, LLC shall not be held liable for:

• Missed deadlines 
• Filing errors made by the client 
• Court clerk rejection of filings 
• Judicial decisions 
• Landlord actions 
• Damages arising from failure to follow court instructions 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for document preparation services.

 By submitting payment for services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Service Terms, including the Non-Attorney Disclosure and Non-Refund Policy.
